This soft yellow pastel and gray polka dot ribbon makes a simple, sweet baby diaper cake that is the perfect gift for a baby shower, new mom or to welcome a new little one! Simple decor also creates a special baby shower decoration, centerpiece or table decor, feel free to change the color to match your preference or baby shower theme
Each diaper cake is decorated with premium ribbon
A card stock cake tag with your personalized message (optional)
A cardboard cake round
2 dowels inserted through the center for stability
Completely usable diapers secured with rubber bands
Pampers Swaddlers Size 1 diapers are used unless otherwise requested.
If you prefer ALL WHITE diapers I also use size 1 bamboo, eco friendly diapers
This size diaper is appropriate for babies weighing from 8-14 lbs.

Each diaper cake will come beautifully wrapped in white tulle with matching curly ribbon
I do everything I can to get orders out as quickly as possible and will use PRIORITY MAIL when possible, but this becomes cost prohibitive for larger packages and packages shipped to the western portion of the country.

Meet the Maker
I'm Wendy. Former cake decorator and elementary school teacher. I have 5 nearly grown chickens (children) of my own and needed my own thing to do so I figured mixing it up would be fun. I am creative and spend all of my time figuring out how to do things, make things and recreate things. Here is your chance to take my creative endeavors and use them to your advantage!
How it’s Made
The diaper cakes offered by The Crowded Nest are entirely hand made by me, myself and I. Each diaper is hand rolled, (some days I find it very hard to believe just how many diapers I have rolled!), secured with a tiny clear rubber band and then assembled into a "layer" or "tier" secured by stronger bands and then stacked to resemble a wedding style cake. The ribbons are cut and secured and the bows, every one of them, hand tied (by me) and attached. The cake signs are entirely my own creations and designs as well, unless of course you request something custom or personal. Next, 2 to 4 wooden dowels are inserted through the center of each tier to ensure stability. The entire cake is then wrapped in tulle and tied with a coordinating curly ribbon or matching tie.
Each diaper cake includes a hand stamped gift card and a searchable business card created by, you guessed it, me! Truth be told...some of my additional decor pieces are even hand dyed! You gotta do what you gotta do to get what you want...or there could be some control issues here!
